JUDGE DREDD
The Fink's calling card leads Dredd to believe he may be a fifth member of the Angel Gang and following Larter's death, that Hershey may be in danger. The Judge heads to Hershey's last known location and pursues the Fink into the Hotel Oddfellow only to discover he has poisoned several guests.

OTHER CHARACTERS
FINK ANGEL
Eldest son of Elmer 'Pa' Angel. He kills a citizen with a sling and a spiked missile to attract Judge Hershey's attention. He paralyses her with his poison and kidnaps her. He poisons a pool filled with guests at the Hotel Oddfellow and makes his escape.

JUDGE HERSHEY
She investigates the sling related death in Last Chance Lane. The Fink paralyses her with his poison.


ARRESTS
None.

DEATHS
At least eight. The Fink kills a man with his sling and poisons a pool full of people at the Hotel Oddfellow. Ratty fatally bites Frank who then crashes his truck.
