SYNOPSIS
Dredd, Henry Ford and the spiders reach Mega-City One.

INFORMATION
The guns on the walls of Mega-City One fire shells that each contain one ton of liquid fire.

H-Bomb Bridge lies on a direct route between Atom Gulch and Mega-City One. It bears a memorial for those that died. Judge Dredd destroys it to slow down the spiders advance.

The spider swarm reaches Mega-City One and the Judges open fire with their wall mounted cannons. The spiders burrow underground and wait for the temperature to decrease. At night they emerge and attack new.

H-Wagons can be equipped with lifting gear.


JUDGE DREDD
He borrows Henry Ford and rides for Mega-City One. He destroys H-Bomb Bridge to slow down the spiders. He calls for an H-Wagon with lifting gear to carry them both over the spiders.

OTHER CHARACTERS
HENRY FORD
Dredd rides him toward Mega-City One and through the swarm. Henry gets bitten a few times and is paralysed. Dredd calls for an H-Wagon with lifting gear to carry them both to Mega-City One.

None.

DEATHS
Eight died at Atom Gulch.

Henry Ford: "You're outa your cotton-pickin' mind, Moze! Wild humans wouldn't drag me through them spiders again! An' that's final!"

Judge #1: "Odd...there were billions of spiders. There ought to be more bodies..."
Judge #2: "They probably melted. Be thankful it's over!"

REVIEW
This is a great chase sequence and I could happily read a lot more of The Adventures Of Dredd And Henry Ford.
