SYNOPSIS
Two factions of new Resistance recruits give Savage a dilemma.

BILL SAVAGE
He organises a fight between the leaders of the oil workers and the lumberjacks to bring an end to their rivalry. He tips off the Volgans of the fight's location. When they are caught, he leads an attempt to rescue them which cements the two factions together as one.

REVIEW
So Savage betrays his countrymen to teach them a lesson, but it's all well that ends well. This is ridiculous. What if the Volgans had executed the brawlers immediately? Why isn't Silk more angry that he could have caught or killed?
